I have a friend who has ridden motorcycles and Odesseys (sp?) but has never ridden quads. I was thinking of inviting him along on my spare quad. Could he handle it?

Was a great day in Olympia. Had over 30 rigs from Shelton go down. That was 30 trucks with quads or quads on trailers. Such a big turn out that we went straight to the Capitol Building. Lots of people there , good free eats (thanks Cycle Barn) and met some new people too. I was impressed with the orderliness of the whole affair and the people attending. Hopefully this works and wakes up some people. KOMO News 4 had us on, I never found it on the other channels. By the time I got home and off loaded all the quads and put everything away my old tired butt was dragging. Everybody have a good weekend and try to stay dry.
MB, Was the cutie cooking the hot dogs one of your cuties from SPCB? Her attitude was great.

All I've heard is it's fairly tough, but then what's tough, I think Walker is tough in areas and fairly tame in others, heck, even Reiter has it's tough spots as any riding area does. Just bring the new rider, with all the riders attending, he'll get all the help he could possibly need to get out of any tough sitsuations.

Reiter is a walk in the park compared to Evans Creek. Going to the wall is easy compared to Evans rough spots. Remember I got upside down at Evans. I rode with a guy who's and ace at doing Evans. I check and see if he is free.

Riding Areas-
Dont forget the mason lake power lines near shelton. You can go from shelton to near belfair on a quad. We just found a Simpson gravel pit near Allen last week. Its better than Tahuya, but what isn't.
