Hey there TBULL,
In CAPITOL FOREST..........
We can ride on the logging roads.
We do this during the Winter months when the trails are closed. And in the SNOW
We need to be careful and not speed (yeah right ), gotta be careful of cars, etc.
They do not want us behind the gates. At least as far as the last time I talked to the Forester.
I've dealt with the Capitol Forest folks a bit because we do a lot of Search and Rescue training up there.
TAHUYA......
They do not want people riding on the roads, they will ticket you. What I've heard anyway.
Due to some of the trails, you will end up behind some gates.

Asked me if I raced at Oakwood, I think he meant my daughter though.
Looks to be a new, young kid to the CONNECTION......
Don't think he really knew what he was doing or who he was messing with
Probably had good intentions, just didn't know what he was doing...........
Did he get booted from the Site?
I tried to look him up earlier in the Gallery, after seeing his message in the CHAT, and couldn't find him????????????
Are there some of you that don't want to ride the trails exclusively and would rather opt for logging roads? Just think about it so we have a heads up wether we'll split into two groups, if you choose the trails, there won't be logging roads, if you choose logging roads, there will be some trails, if you know where to find them I personally plan on riding just the trails.
I feel like a kid on the day before Christmas. I don't even know if I'll be able to sleep tonight... so damn excited. Definitely bringing the digital camera. Wife's got to see what she's missing
This one is over a thousand pages, and because of that it loads extremely slow. A new thread would load a lot
quicker. Is there some kind of PSAR unspoken rule/tradition that I don't know about?
Not trying to step on any toes, just asking questions. I know I am the Newbie here....

Hell you could just build a big *** shed with some partitions and tell em to wear a coat to school. can we pass a bill that says if you dont have kids you dont have to pay for things that other peoples kids use? all school is tuition based, no tax, we really are in need of reducing the governments Involvment in where our money goes.. JMO kids can learn just as good in a box as a highschool fancier than vegas casino's.

The short version is that studies clearly demonstrate that well designed schools improve test scores, improve employee satisfaction/productivity and improve the community. For instance, it's important to keep a steady supply of fresh air so that the carbon monoxide does not build up over the course of the day, leading to sleepy kids in the afternoon. The use of low-emitting materials reduce toxic fumes and improve student and employee health (reducing the number of sick days for both). The use of daylight also improves productivity. And, by making schools more efficient they use less resources (power, water, gas, etc.) lessening their impact on the local infrastructure. Kids will NOT learn just as well in a concrete box or a mobile home coverted to a classroom. Schools do not need to be palaces, but they do need to be well designed. The same goes for office buildings and other facilities where real people work.
I'd be happy to answer other questions and crazy comments on the trail.

Quad 4 Fun
I think you have it backwards.
We are not supposed to be on working forest roads. Just like Tahuya, if its closed to cars, Its open to ORV's in ORV riding areas.(A.K.A. the north half of Capitol forest)
Thats what the Forestry cops and Mason county Sheriff told me.

I think he was just trying to start another one that continued from this one, not knowing what he was doing??????
Probably started reading this one from the beginning and didn't know how to navigate to the end,
So he tried to start it over........
Not sure........Just speculation on my part.
Looks like a new kid to the Forums........Popped into the CHAT but nobody was there but me, and I didn't see him there. Asked a few questions, said he was on Spring Break......
The Binginator got him though
