Well we had a GREAT time @ the jamboree, got a couple 3.5 hr rides in, Trev did AWESOME ont he rides!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Him & his little quad just motored right along the cliffs, thru the dust ect I was proud of him!! Well I HATE to say it but I think I may have found me a new trail quad [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img] I REALLY was liking the 250ex on the trails, no clutch to worry about, just put gas in, check the oil & GO!!! But we'll have to see LOL [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
Well Trev cleaned house @ the rodeo [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] he got 1st in the barrel racing [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] & 2nd in the drags how he got 2nd I don't know but at least he got something!! There were 3 other peewees so it was good competition DJ only did a couple runs on the 426 down the drag strip he was running against all 450's OF COURSE!! His buddy from Vancouver that went to Walker w/ us on the blaster, well he was there w/ a NICE AZZ YFZ, that kid is BEYOND spoiled!!!!!!!!! It had every bolt on thing you could think of!!!! He let DJ run it in the drags & guess what...........................Jake got 1st place in the Teen class [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img], he even told DJ "thanks for helping me win" LOL, DJ just ran his # but he says it's all good he has plenty of trophies [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] he raced a HONDA 450 & SMOKED IT!!!!!!! Ron raced a couple times, he got smoked by Jake on his yfz but turned around & beat another 400ex [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img], as for me I can't win CHIT(oh sorry I DID beat DJ on someone's Zuki 250 [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img])!!! My 300 ran GREAT though just they had crappy classes, it was Adult up to 500cc????????????????????????? that was real nice I said screw it who cares & just rode mine [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] I had fun she tried to buck me off on the 1st run of the barrels, LOL, but I hung on & got it back down on all 4 tires [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]
The weather was GREAT, was nice to see all the folks we've met over the years [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
The motorhome ran GREAT, well we did run out of gas 3 miles out of Moses Lake @ 1am [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img], got 2 FREE gls of gas from the Washington State Patrol [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] fuel switch/gauges are messed UP!!! WE ran out on the way home too [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img] we had gas that time LOL, it's MUCH better to travel @ night thats for sure it was a HOT sucka yesterday on the passes, it came up Vantage hill @ 50mph though whoohooo, Snoqualmie though was a little tougher, but it was ALOT hotter too, had been running hard all day, anyway all in all it's a good bus, even w/ just 7 cylinders [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img], she's got a burnt vavle so that'll have to be fixed before the next BIG trip we'll have to see!!!
Our new kitty also made the trip GREAT she's a good little camper kitty only got out a few times but never took off running just sat under the bus whew!!! I think she was LOVING it!!!

Sounds like all the racers had fun @ Hannegan, man I wish we could get DJ a new quad [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] oh well guess he'll be blaster boy for sometime now LOL, UB Racing says he put in too much time/$$ for him to give up the blasty LOL, gee maybe he'd let DJ race his R [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

It's good to hear you made it there and back in one piece DM. It sounds like you guys had a blast. I know what you mean about the weather. On Saturday i was over at the gorge for summer jam, boy was it hot!! I didn't really care for the concert but the weather was awesome. We stood in line shoulder to shoulder for 2 hours in the blazing hot sun. Not sure what the tempature was i heard 108, 103,101 still that is damn HOT!!! Now i got a nice tan. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

Last night Justin and I went out and played on Lk Stevens on the jet ski's last night. I met my nephew over on there community dock and took him for a little ride. He started getting into it towards the end. I couldn't believe how warm the water was, it was like bath water. We were out on the water for a good hour and half. They still need cleaned out since they sat for a yr. Probably just need a good tune-up and good gas/oil. The guy that owned them before us wasn't using water oil. He was using car oil, which i guess is not the right thing to do.

Anyways i have a big family reunion this weekend. I'm heading up there tomorrow night staying the night and coming home friday taking a shower, picking up the nephews and heading back out there until sunday. Hopefully the weather will stay nice. The kids are always entertained with the creek and go swimming pretty much all day.

We got GREAT news today. Jenna had another doctors visit today. She got her 3rd cast today. If everything goes as good has it has been, she will be out of her cast in 3 weeks. She will get a brace to wear when she rides, but she will be riding in 3 weeks. First trip out will be back to Easton so she can go over the "whoops" again. I hope she slows down this time[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
