Last night Justin and I went out and played on Lk Stevens on the jet ski's last night. I met my nephew over on there community dock and took him for a little ride. He started getting into it towards the end. I couldn't believe how warm the water was, it was like bath water. We were out on the water for a good hour and half. They still need cleaned out since they sat for a yr. Probably just need a good tune-up and good gas/oil. The guy that owned them before us wasn't using water oil. He was using car oil, which i guess is not the right thing to do.

be sure to grease the zerk where the shaft goes thru the hull (bearing)
i had to make a $3800 (warranty) repair to a $3800 jetski one time,,,,all because the previous owner never gave it a shot of grease. Hydrolocked the motor and all,,,complete rebuild,,,,it was amusing to say the least.

I know they are all out there trying to get anyone and everyone to buy their products, but come on is it really that " t0ugh" to appeal to your demographic....provide places to ride, make a great product, and make your prices very attractive and you wont have to buy words of the english language and link them to your web site hoping to attract more buyers.
If I buy a Polaris it definately wont be because they show me a web site....SHOW ME YOUR BIKE, LET ME RIDE IT!!!
OK off my box now....sorry

Bill, I have lost a CD player. I feel your pain. Door lock or window?

lil bass turds bypassed the alarm somehow. They didn't bust anything up at all. The cops up here say the cat that is most likely up to this junk has a real clean removal system. I guess so. not even a scratch on anything. Brenda said the doors did unlock with the remote and the alarm did disarm when she got the carseats.
I reinstalled the factory radio. I'm glad I held on to it!

What i need to do is get a service manual for these things. I tried to find one on the net but no such luck. Thanks for the info Bing!
Wow, what a tough day to be a tough guy in the tough bidness of selling tough guy stuff to tough guys! (sorry, I had to do it) Thats so funny, thats tough!
Anywho....good morning PSAR tough guys and tough gals!
We added a new machine to our collection last night. A lil tough 97' LT80. Got it at the casa de le barn for a buck fiddy. It was a "as is purchase" because it didn't run. I drug it home, pulled the spark plug out and found the jug full of water. I put a good battery in it and hit the starter button. Nothing. I hit the reset breaker, and that baby shot water everywhere! The smell of rotten fuel filled the air. I dumped the bad fuel into a jug, filled with fresh gas, slapped in a new plug, hit the starter and a puff of smoke and a faint sputter. She was running! 45 minutes after leaving the dealership! AS IS, NO PROBLEM! I'm glad I do almost all of my own work! The shop did a warranty waterpump, but that is it! I ran it aroung the garage a bit, Brandon rode it in the field for 30 minutes or so. I feel purdy good bout that buck fiddy! It needs a steering stem bushing and some brake shoes, but nothing big!
