Just gotta get my thumb throttle lever and gas cap and the preddy's back in b'ness. Ordered a new billet thumb throttle for half of what the OEM part costs...

TP - You still want that steering stem? You still have that gas cap?

Another question here, Preddy 500 or a Zuki 400/Kawi 400. Which one is better and why. Looking to upgrade one of the bikes and need info. I guess we could also consider the Honda, but not happy wih the look. Want to stay under $6K.
Get the machine you like the looks of and feels right... The z/kfx is a nice bike, small and nimble and lighter than the preddy. Everyone I see riding them is having fun on them. I've ridden a couple of 'em and they do the job. The preddy has a little more punch and more top end. But if you mod the z it will perform.... if that's what you're after. Jay has a nice bike.

The preddy is heavier... I don't like to jump too much so I can't compare it to other machines about how it flies. But it does handle really well everywhere except water... not recommended . It jams through the whoops and turns on a dime. Launches off the starting line really well and has won a few impromptu drags... The preddy is wider than the kfx, so trail riding at waddell is a little tight. I like my preddy

You can call the dealerships and ask for new quads that are last year's model and get a good deal. Right now is probably a good time to ask, since the dealers are getting in the 06's and want to move the 05's and whatever 04's might still be sitting around.

It's all a matter of priority... I have 2mnyThingz to do and not enough time. I finally started looking at the jet-skis sitting in my back yard... Thinkin' they need to go for a ride. We've been busy with family visiting, getting things done around the house and working.

Suppose I'll just get the preddy set up for sand in October... that'll probably be the next time it gets ridden...
