i haven't stayed to check it out lately but last year they ran mini quads & bikes together at a couple races at goldendale, on a short course... they make it just a loop around the mx track. for minis its tough but doable, and they run 30 minutes i think.
at washougal, you'll have to contact the host club about it... best bet is to know before you tow.

i just checked points... and they are running the junior class this year: season points.
