I think Josh was just feeling Jayna's pain and sympathizing with her as we all do when we hear something that happens to someone else. I bitch all the time about truck drivers on the road and I'm married to one, BUT there are very incompetant ones out there as well as very good ones as I mentioned above.

I think you read a little to much in to the post. If I was trying to attack someone in particular I would of said "I guess sometimes you just expect to much from truck drivers." But, that's not what I said. Maybe I'm to nice of a person. Maybe next time someone asks me if I can do something extra for them to help them them out I've got to use some of my new options that you've shared with me. I could either tell them to do it themselves. I could tell them no problem and then not even do it. I could tell them to pay me more. Ya, those are all great ways to get return business.
