This came in from my brother overnight........
Straddeline ORV Sports park Kick off meeting
ORV meeting will be held on 7:00 pm Tuesday Nov 8th at the Grays Harbor
County office in Montesano WA. (Depends on turn out as to which room we
will be using)
Agenda Items:
6:45 establish which room to use, so comes early so we can
get set up
7:00-7:05 Introduction
7:05- 7:10 where we have been
7:10-7:15 explain the next steps of action
7:15-8:00 Brainstorm on how you see the park, needs, future, ideas
8:00-8:30 Discuss the ORV advisory committee structure (size,
members, and responsibilities)
8:30- 9:00 Tenative dates
Set next meeting agenda:
Review Action items if needed
