Hey Techtip
We (RaptorChick and I) are just kinda helping with some of the stuff. But not really setting things up. Big honda P/M'ed me and asked a few questions. As far as the cost of setting up a booth I have no idea.
I will P/M you with Bob Lattmar's number he is the one that is setting up Quad Fest and would know more on setting up booths.
I want red chrome numbers. If I get the Black plastic I want then I am going to change my numbers.
Happa
I have watched Niko race his Predator he's pretty fast on it. I haven't talked with them yet. My daughter just goes out to have fun. She talks a lot of SMACK but dose not do very well. She makes me laugh when she is telling me how she smoking everyone on the track. (and she is getting lapped)

James and Niko are thinking about riding with us Saturday the 11th, I know he will race Sunday, but I don't think he wants to practice Saturday. James, his father, rides a Predator and another friend of his Greg, whom he works with, rides a Predator. They're both very good friends of Jim's, my riding buddy.
I've ridden with them a few times at THE ROCK, and Beverly, they're good people, very nice. Niko, not sure on the spelling, rides like a wildboy, as he gets older will be refered to as wildman.
Were you guys at Pacific at the quad races, the second weekend of the season, there wasn't too many quads there that day, somebody said there was a benefit race somewhere else for some guy who was hurt in a race. I saw a couple little girls racing, does your daughter have blonde hair? I was talking to her mother, I guess it was, she might have had blonde hair also, could they possibly have been your wife and daughter? Hope I'm not getting too personal with these questions, if so, let me know.

I am not sure we had gone the first weekend at Pacific Raceway's and I am not sure if I raced that next weekend or not. My daughter did not race any untill the close to the end of the series. She only raced one time. I want her to do more practice laps before she races agin. You get more laps for the buck at practice.
We are goning to Quad Fest on Sunday 10/12/03
I have talked RaptorChick into doing a relay race at Quad Fest I am still trying to talk her into the Marshmellow relay thoe.
Hey Bing where do you want to ride? RaptorChick and Racer-X still have not been out to Rock Candy... But we would rather not be moving TARGETS.
Thats if I can rember my keys

I guess that wasn't you guys out there the second weekend, everybody got a real kick out of the little girls racing, just something you don't see on the track everyday. Thinking back when I was growing up, boys rode the stingrays, skateboards, minibikes and did the dirt bike races at the local track, you never saw girls doing these things, but things have changed alot since those old days.
Nowadays instead of the wife riding on the back of the Harley, she rides beside her old man on her own. And I still turn my head and look twice when I see a female on a Banshee, Raptor or a dirt bike. This is not a bad thing at all in my eyes, just the same as seeing a female owning and driving her own 70 Hemi Cuda, I think you get my point, my hat off to them.
Wish I could go riding with you guys this weekend, putting my swingarm back together today, still have other things to do in preparation for next weekends ride.
Have fun, Ride Hard, Ride Safe

Most of the other girls thought I was weird. I guess I am still kind of that way. Now, all the other women that I work with think I am crazy. While they are busy trying to plan their next bake sale, I'm thinking about what mods I would like to get for the raptor or when I can go out riding. I guess somethings just never change! lol

When I was a kid I used to ride skateboards and tried to jump my bike over anything and everything there was. Instead of Barbie's, I played with Hotwheels. I was a total tomboy.
she keeps telling me she would have no idea what to do if she were to have a daughter,,,,,other than raise him like a boy

Bing, Tell Julie I know what she means!
My daughter is somewhat of a tom boy. You can ask her what she wants to do on the weekend and the first thing she will say is "go riding", but she still has a real girlie side to her, and sometimes I just don't know how to deal with it.
