(Blush) Thanks fellows, and I am planning on meeting a bunch of people on the 8th. Course I'll not remember names the next day. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img] It's a personal failing. I remember faces but have a tuff time putting a name to them. Wife says I was born with sometimers or something like that. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

SWMBO was exposed to a particularly nasty flu bug at work and has been feeling poorly the past couple of days. Sure hope I don't get it.

Yes I do!! There are miles and miles of roads up there you can explore. There are roads that go all the way to eastern Washington. A few years a go I did the whole naches trail then took the roads back to the truck. We found some cool places. Last winter we found a big snowmobile map sign at a big road intersection. It shows roads going on for miles and miles. We also talked to the forest ranger and he said there is a extensive snowmobile trail system up there. He said as long as you can get up there you can ride it either with quads or snowmobiles. He laughed cuz he didnt think we were gonna get very far with our quads. We had no problems on the roads. Im gonna check on the naches trail to see if its still open or not. I know they put a sign on the trail entrances when it?s closed .

That really blows, I read the article, it's a sad day in the Pacific Northwest. What's the northend down to, Walker, Darrington, anyplace else?
That's about it, plus some nondesignated areas that people ride. In fact Darrington is a nondesignated riding area. It could be shut down at any time too!
