Looked at the Fred Meyer web site, the have the $200.00 trailer listed but it has 8" wheels. I want at least 12" so it won't make the cut. Local store does not have them in stock. Harbor Freight is looking better all the time. $230.00 with no deck wood.

I used a 4'X8'X1/2" exterior plywood and used some carriage bolts to bolt it on. I never fold the trailer so I didn"t cut it in half. I even fabbed some outside rails from some 1/2"X3" pieces using 2X4 for posts and used brackets for the corners and used a couple of hasps to hold the rear cross piece with hitch pins to hold them. The post brackets were in the kit. I assembled the trailer with my left arm in a cast in about 2 hours. With both arms, 45 minutes to an hour I would guess.
So what your saying is if it takes me over an hour I should give you a call? Sounds like a plan to me, I can spend an hour just getting the box open and the coffee poured.

Be gone to the farm starting monday for five or six days, be after that before I get started on this. Are you up for a ride after Thanksgiving? Looks like they will be done with my quad by the time we come back so will be bringing it home. Maybe the following monday?

No, an hour working on it. Not drinkin' your coffee or remembering who you are or where you are or what you a doing or what you are suppose to be doing, WORKING on the trailer. But if you aren't qualified to assemble that little trailer, I guess I could assist (aka direct) you in trailer assembly 101.

I have a ride planned for Thursday Nov. 30th at Tahuya with some of the Oregon group I know. Will that work?

I have basically the same thing on the trailer I got from Jayna. Purdy kewl that the little blazer can pull it with no troubles.

My little trailer tows real well behind the Ranger and the F250. Biggest problem with the F250 is with no quad on the trailer you can't see it and with the camper on the truck you can't see it no matter how you load it. But it makes the 2 quad trips real easy and I don't have to break out the big trailer.

I know what you mean, pulling that lil' trailer empty with the dually... backing it up is horrible!

I once a a little boat trailer which of course, you couldn't see empty and had to backed into the water with no boat on it. I finally put a bicycle flag on it that pivoted up and down (an old quad flag would work but back then there were no quads). You could see where the trailer was pretty easy that way.

Working for a whole hour! All in one day!! And NO coffee drinking? Oh, I get it, your making a joke. Very funny Bear. You tricked me that time. I'll try harder, I promise.

Actually what I'll probably do is put it together with the assistance of the old dude that lives next door. He's always wanting to get involved with any project I start. Gives us both a chance to drink lots of coffee.

I think the 30th would work fine. Nothing going on that I'm aware of at any rate and friend wife doesn't know of any conflicts. Sounds like fun.

If it's fouling the plug after just a quick Brrrap! I would suggest you check the crankcase. Sounds like it might be full of gas and if this is the case you could loose a bearing very quickly.

what do you think TC, pull the reed cage back out of it, stand it on its tail end and crank it over?

Man, I really don't know. The only time I had this happen to a two stroke was a little single cylinder on a hay elevator. With it I just pulled the spark plug out and pointed the hole down while pulling the start cord. The engine worked fine for a long time after that but with yours I have no idea how to dry out the crankcase if it is, in fact, flooded.

You might try one of the motorcycle forums and get some advice there.
