Well, the summer trip is booked.

We'll be heading to South Dakota near the end of June - staying in a campground that is ride in, ride out (can I get a he!! yeah) and some dead presidents nearby on a big rock.............then we'll change over to paddle tires and stay at St Anthonys for 5 days including July 4th before heading back to Winchester (Reedsport) for the family reunion/granpas 90th/cousins wedding. It'll be almost 3 weeks of summer fun

Hello to all fellow northwest riders! New here and a bit new to the ATV scene. Recently bought a 2006 YFZ450 in November and have already made a trip to Reiter and one to Florence!!!! Just wish the h loop was open all year or that 1000 trails would have dune access being that were members. I have been itching to get out for another ride which might be this weekend. What is capital forest like when they open back up in April? Are there any secret spots that any of you like to ride at? The wife now wants her own machine which will come sooner than later.

Later
Tbone
Welcome Tbones!
Get you wife a machine quick and join us in April down in Oregon.
Florence (Honeyman) April 7th-11th, day ride at Winchester on the 11th, then Coos Dunes (Horsfall campground) from the 11th - 15th.
About 2 dozen of us heading down. Will be a great time! Someone on here may still have an extra campsite at Honeyman.

I ride Reiter because it's closest to me, but we ride all around the Puget Sound area, just keep checking and we post when and where we're riding. Anyone can join in on the rides.
I look forward to meeting you.

Afternoon~

Well the weather is going to suck this weekend...I might beable to sneak in a ride tomorrow since its going to have a little sunshine...anyone else riding anywhere this weekend...

Kat
my hubbie is ridin without me in elbe this weekend
Well thats no fair...why arent you riding...I wanna ride...where in elbe?
If you wanna go to elbe you can follow me up... It's is not to hard to find but I will be headed up anyway.
Word of advice if you're gonna ride with Rancher ladies: He has 2 speeds, unloading and throttle pinned. I know utes don't go too fast but if you don't let off on the throttle....
Oh good so he MIGHT actually keep up...
LMFAO, you have no idea Sounds like she has never been smoked by a Ute.... Everyone else here has
COUGH BULLCHIT COUGH COUGH
I second that OFC. The Chit gets really thick on here when Rancher starts posting.
Wanna race Wingy?
I never talked Chit about mine or anyones riding skills on here. I made a comment about the "talk" on here. If I wanted to race you, I would have my daughter do it, it should not take any more than that to keep you quiet, but I don't like seeing grown men cry
LOL you know I lub ya buddy, I was just replying to "Chit gets really thick on here when Rancher starts posting"

Probably going to get a set of radios while SWMBO and I are out running around this week and am undecided if I want this add on or not.
My parents have those for their Harley they are really cool, you can hear crystal clear from like 2 miles away my nephew and I were wearing them playing guns around the nationhood... Not sure how they would work on a regular helmet. I think they threw down almost 900 smacker a piece

I think you are having delusions of grandeur there, Sunshine. I guarantee, your Ute has NEVER smoked my sportie. As a matter of fact, I seem to recall your ute getting stuck following my sportie up a hill in the snow at Reiter.
LMAO : BURNED AGAIN
he ought to take trip to oakville for a little PINKS action
Again I am not talkin' drag racing here I would obviously lose. But if you can't get your sportie above 30-40 MPH due to trail condition most riders would be eatin dust
trust me.. You cannot out corner nor accelerate. if it gets tight and twisty i can put minutes on you in minutes. and bing can do the same. no disrespect to you buddy.. Its just you ride a rancher. it does not have the suspension or power to be able to hang
do i see a race in the future?????? id go watch it
Offered that up 6 months ago just to get him to come out and ride but he still hasn't taken me up on the offer

They make accessory mike and earphones for the FRS/GMRS radios (I have 4 of them). I have the lapel mikes but I remember there being a boom set up for them too.
Yeh, I've seen the boom mics and the kind that mount in the closed face helmets. I'm just wondering if anyone has found them to be a practical and often used accessory or one of those trick things that end up in a drawer somewhere. Got enough unjused junk around already.
We have two of the little charge up ones that we bought, no fancy mics or attachment but the only time I ever take em is if I ride alone, on in the truck one on me... Other than that ours sit in the drawer
