We're doing sand turkey this year also. Not sure where, Eric made the reservation, but I beleive it's at sand lake.
Been a while since we rode. Been helping Eric paint his new house and now helping with the move.
The tribe has been buying all the houses they can around the casino. They put tribal menbers in them so they don't sit empty. They charge $100 a month rent.
The house he got they paid close to $500,000 for. It has a 2.5 acre yard ( came with a new JD riding mower )4 bedrooms, 4 baths. & 4 car garage. The pepole that lived there before were heavy smokers, the wall and carpet were covered with nicotine. We primed and painted the whole thing then ripped up the carpet and installed new. The tribe payed for everything as well as a new pellet stove insert.
My wife put us on the list also. Not sure I want to move. We've been in our house for over 20 yrs.

WOW that is totally COOL [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] can we live in one for a couple months [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] j/k heehee looks like it's time to get to some SERIOUS packing now, gonna do some tearing off of the skirting today(a few spots) so guy can look underneath, he wants to save $1500 by having it all ready tore down & ready to move by the mobile place so we told them we'd help also, save $$ plus it's only screws & plywood, bolt on a hitch & mount some tires & it's ready to roll!!

I wonder if the Muckleshoot Tribe does the same thing? They've been buying houses around their casino and putting tribal members in them, I thought the members were having to repay the total purchase price though [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]
