A couple of friends and I are new to riding in this area and would love to know of a LEGAL place to dust off our quads. Doesn't have to be spectacular. We have been to ECMX and are thinking of joining. Looking to plan a trip to GWNF as soon as it warms up a bit as well. Any info or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

 

ECMX is def a good deal. Can't beat being able to ride whenever you want for only $100, and having to work during race weekends. I have been a member for awhile now and I love it. Even if you don't race it is a good deal. We have a lot of members that don't race. Another place is Currituck MX, which cost $20 to ride all day, but their facility isn't the best. If it has been racing then it is probably gonna be a mud hole, and if it has been dry for a few days then it will more then likely be hard as concrete. Nothing against the guys that run that place cause they are very friendly, Just in a bad spot as far as drainage goes though. I haven't heard of any legal spots except for GMNF. And the spots that 4wheelingchic is a member of.

welcome to the forum.. well dunno how much of the forum you have read, but I have some places to ride.. Surry, va & South Hill, va.. if fact me & batgeek are suppose to go riding on sunday to surry, va.. you are welcome to come along.. the more the marrier. lol.. my ATV club is going to taskers gap/peters mill next sat(jan 17th).. my club took a trip back on 12/27 to paterson a place in GWNF. and it was so great.. I loved it and wanna go back there again real soon. anyways let me know about sunday..

Yes I did race last weekend. It was a beautiful weekend for racing to. I couldn't believe the weather that we had. And we had an awsome trunout both days as well. Sun we had almost 350 riders.
