Everywhere I go in the high desert, there are signs of severe flood damage by the thunderstorms we had this summer. Don't be surprised if you favorite riding area has changed dramatically!!

Have not been to the low desert yet (eg. Ocotillo Wells). Anybody know about those areas????

We are going to Jawbone tomorrow Thursday for some riding/shooting/camping. I hope the road to my usual camp site is still intact. I saw you went out to Razor and you mentioned about the damage. You know that bridge on I-15 near Barstow was damaged from the floods. That bridge was heavy duty steel and concrete and was damaged can you imagine the damage to just plain old dirt??
