We had a good ride. There was just enough snow in places to make it interesting. Brute force wasn't too excited about the snow, but i think came to appreciate it Sorry i missed your email Don, we would have waited a little longer if i had. North south road was icy in places so we hit sopiago road, and ran the trails from that end. The weather was great, a little cold first thing in the morning, but turned into a beautiful day. I'll let everybody know about the next ride, the day after x-mas is looking like it might be a good day. I think theres a another storm coming through the first of the week, some more snow would be nice. I sure like riding in fresh powder. Great ride everybody hope to see more riders on next trip.

It was a great day for us. Glad we did get a chance to chat a bit. The best part was just getting up into that area. It is really off the beaten trail but that is what makes the place so nice.

After finding out how far it really is for us, our next trip will be camping up there, maybe even in the trail head where we parked. As long as the weather looks fairly clear and not too cold it would be really fun.

Kids are out of school for a couple of weeks after xmas so we're up for a trip.

Thanks!

Lets do it again, there's a storm going through this week. It should put a whole lot more of the white stuff on the ground. Saturday ride, meet at sopiago again, or the restaurant for breakfast at 0800, so far Dennis and myself....
