TO Akroniterider _ Send a PM if you still need "buggy" advice. I just got out of the buggy phase 2 years ago, but I've seen and solved plenty of buggy woes. Your steering "problem" is a normal quirk of VW steering boxes caused by one long and one short tie rod and they do not parallel to the front end beams. One cheap cure is get a VW thing spindles, not only do they make about 3" more of ground clearance the shorter tie rod mounts are higher and closer to the beam which helps the problem you've described --minus side, they're hard to find!

Hi ya Hilljumper.
Got a question. I was told that the old entrance past the industrial park is off limits along with the property right there on the other side of the tracks. I was also told this "off limits" area is about a hundred acres around there?
Is this true? How can I find out?
Thanks
O and great forum you guys got here.

it is open, but the logged it out last fall and the cops were not letting people in because they thought that people would trash the equipment but nithing was damaged so they backed off, but trust me you can still go there, however they dont want people camping on the other side off the tracks but the cqamp ground is cool. i know people that camp there too.

Rode wellsville this past weekend, trails getting really ate up and rutted out, tons of bad erosion rock slides etc. Seemed i never got out of 2nd gear all weekend. Kind of disappointing. I enjoy a good tight chllenging trail, but like to fire-road it every so often too! - Might be time to check out some new places.
