Ocotillo was great this weekend. . .it's starting to get busier out there (even though it's still pretty hot).

We are thinking of going to Stoddard/Slash-X either this weekend or next. . .any "musts" for our trip there? Also, we are going to stay overnight in a hotel - any suggestions?

pismo endurance race anyone? oct. 20

 

Ill be there thursday night or friday morning heard that this year is going to bigger than last year.

 

Anyone going to Sand Mountain Nov. 3-5? If it doesn't snow over the summit I will be up there. Will be my first trip to SM. I know how to get there, but am questioning about were to pick up fresh water for my fresh water tanks. Don't want to pull it up over the summit. I understand Fallon doesn't have the best water. Do I need to get it in Reno?

I am heading to Fort Sage near Doyle California this weekend with a bunch of Co-Workers. I have never been there but I am really looking forward to it. We are leaving Sac on Thursday and returning on Sun afternoon. I will get back to this message board and let you all know how it was. Hopefully I can remember to take lots of pictures.
