I heard on these trails up there that there are boulders the size of VW's that you have to climb over. That maybe exagerated but A buddy of mine said they took red canyon rock trail and it took them 3hrs for 3 miles. I guess it is pretty challenging.

Well Mike should like it. Only reason it wouldn't be dusty is you have to go so slow. Usually everything in the forest is hella dusty in the summer. And it's pretty dry up there. That's a little bit higher than the Peterson Rd. fire last month.

not sure if anyone posted this already but pismo is having its first endurance race in october. (i know its butt cold in oct.) no paddle tires. 60$ all the money goes to ppl who have been injured or paralized in a bike accident. not sure of all the details but if anyone is interested in more info i'll find out.
Also planning on going to pismo last weekend in august with a big caravan. Wanna Go?
also, if there are any chicas from so-cal who want to get together and hit the dirt please let me know! i am so tired of being the ONLY girl!
