I've never heard of that place . . . Do you know about how many hours away from Corona it is? I'll have to check it out on the internet. Is it super shallow? We have a mid-engine direct drive (prop).

Ridin folks atleat it is almost the end of boat season. He'll soon appreciate his quad again. When it gets too cold for the water.... I have been up to Miami above Oakhurst with RedandBlack.
It's a dusty **** let me tell you !
I think I will wait until the 1st rain to go back up there.......

 

Huntington is much higher...5000' at least I think. Next lake up 168 from Shaver. Yeah, supposed to be good riding up that way.

I have some USGS quadrangle maps of that area. Just stay on Level 2 roads and you are good (Vertical road signs).

I just got off the phone with the boyz they said strawberry lake is on the map, red rock or something like that. It should be blast, leaving 5:30am from the big town of hanford, should put us there 7or8ish.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

Not me. But my friends have. Supposed to be some trails up there. Kinda dusty though. Single and double track stuff. Have to get out there one of these days.

I know about where Strawberry lake is. Rocky trail back there evidentally.
