directions to coal creek

Dunnycat,
1. Buy a trail map
2. If you plan to ride at night take some sort of extra light to put on your quad
3. Have a good skidplate
4. You may need to think about jetting, I could definitely tell that I needed to jet mine while we were there
5. Take extra gas. I don't know how well the DS does on gas but I would suggest taking some gas just in gas. I used a back pack and used ratchet straps to hold it to the four-wheeler.
6. Take firewood if you plan on camping.
7. It stayed pretty cloudy and cool when we were there, maybe think about warm clothing
8. GPS if you have it might help, if not just try to keep your bearings as best you can and follow the map.
We are headed backed down there the weekend before Thanksgiving. We will be in an enclosed trailer this time. Hopefully, we will have about 6-8 people riding with us. Post up when you go and if we are headed down I can meet up with you and maybe show you around.
