Western NC, East TN riding? Wayehutta ATV area?
I'll be going on vacation in late June to Gatlinburg TN and my niece and I are going to take our atv's she has a Mojave and I have a Brute Force 650. I know for a fact we are going to Coal Creek atleast one day and I've been looking at another place in NC i think we might go I don't think it's too far from Cherokee, NC it's called Roy A Taylor Forest, Wayehutta ATV area?? Any one ever been there? If so how are the trails?

It is a good place to ride. The trails are good for beginners and still fun for people who have been riding a while. The hardest ones are moderate. The scenery there is good, we still like to go there. Windrock has some of the best riding I have ever done. They have everything from gravel roads to extreme. Have fun.

Thanks yeah I know we are going to Windrock thats the main one I wanted to ride on! I just dropped the Mojave off today to have it checked out and to get a few things done to it before we go...I just purchased an Enclosed trailer a few weeks back to haul both in and keep them locked up and safe while they are not being used.

Kingofthemudholes - What's the "legal' status of the Mine road sand pits? We used to ride there about 5-6 years ago when I had a friend who owned property next to it. Thought I'd heard that they were chasing people off who were riding there but that was several years ago. I've noticed the gates open a lot lately and more and more riders there. Anybody try to hassle you if you ride or is it now OK? I like to take my kids up there as many parts of it are a good, safe training area.
