Eagle Rider in Knoxville rents ATV's and motorcycles. Fairly pricey but gets more reasonable per day if you rent for several.
Other than that, you may want to check with your nearest ATV dealer. I rented a used bike that was on the lot for two weeks last summer. Got it for less than 1/2 the going rate for a rental. Kind of a win/win for everyone since the dealer made some money on it, yet still sold it, I got a cheaper ride and we brought it back in as good condition as when we got it.

Hey man im orignally from East Tenn. Plan on moving back when my enlistment is up. How far are you wanting to drive. Im from Cookeville its exit 287 on I-40 there's a bunch of places to ride around home. Alot of woods ridin: old logging and cole mine trails, some are hairy and some are wide open trails. if interested let me know one of my best freinds works at our local shop right off the interstate he could pointe you in the right direction.
As far as renting an atv dont really know but he might tell ya soemthing.

K, yeah im interested! I don't own an Atv YET but, if there is a place to rent atvs sort of near there then that would be cool! Do u know how far eagle riders are from your potential location? If you are suposed to be here in a year from now then I should have an atv by then so that would be cool!

Just guessing but, I just looked at a map and Cookeville is a pretty straight shot but, I think it would be a 3or4 hour drive! I think it would be worth the drive cause of the fun that would be had but, it is 2.5 hours back to my moms house in Cumming, Georgia!! What do you do in the military? Dont know if you can tell me or not.

Windrock-Coal Creek is a great place to ride. Probably one of the biggest on the east coast. I know that there is a guy there called rental man who rents atv's. Go to www.windrockatv.com
and you should be able to get some information.

I rode up there I think in Oct or Nov. They had worked a lot of the trails. I still enjoyed them a lot. Some are really smooth now, but a lot are still on the rough side. I think after the wet winter and some jeep traffic they will be rough again. The north side (across 116) they have not touched. The rat trap over there will still work you.
