I am thinking about a spring break trip with with my boys age 15 and 9. My question is that i am not worried about my older son being able to handle the terrain on his kfx 400, my 9 year old rides a 90 cc machine. Witch of theese trails would be best suited for someone his age as I dont want to make a 10 hour car ride just to find out that the trails are too advanced for him. Thanks.

 

I would take them to pinnacle creek. never heard of coal creek but pinnacle creek is part of h/m. I f you really want some good advice and info about h/m go to quadcrew.com all very freindly people and we all ride h/m alot.

 

Coal creek (aka windrock) has riding for everyone.

We've had our son on a TRX 90 at Coal Creek many times. Have also seen quite a few others on that size bikes. Can't do all the trails but the do-able ones can still go from easy to challenging.

having been to both places i must say i was not that impressed with coal creek may be i was expecting some thing more. we did have fun and some day we'll go back but we'll spending our time some were else
