Where to ride in SC ?
#12
ccman057 :: Hey, we been wanting to go there for a long time, have heard a lot about how fun it is there, but no one knows how to get there. Where do you go to park and unload? Are the trails rough, or can you get around all the difficult areas? We too ususally have young riders with us and we dont want to go anywhere too difficult, unless there are ways around. Any other info would be appreciated greatly, thanks.

Hey SouthernRedneck maybe we can get together sometime, we live in RH too and are always looking for more people to ride with. My stepdaughter is 15 and she loves go riding with us, it would be great for her to have someone close to her age going too. Let me know maybe we can arrange something. Later,

Well I dont know if it is still open or not, but I do know that it is NOT a legal riding area. So that means if you get caught you could get a fine and possibly your quad taken from you. I know I dont think I want to risk that, although I have heard it is a great place to ride and that a LOT of people ride there. Have you seen the website about it?? IF not here is the link: http://www.ultimateatv.50megs.com/
check it out, there are some cool pics..
Oh and I notice you are in RH too, maybe we can get together and go riding sometime.....let me know. Later,

Sporty1200-
There are a number of areas in the upstate (Greenville) area. Some are 15 minutes away, but we frequently go to Sylva, NC and Tacoa(spelling?), GA which are about 1.5 hours from here. There are probably 10 or 12 places to ride within 1.5 to 2 hours drive and there is a lot of variety, from mountains to mud to rocks. Greenville is a great place to live. If you move down here e-mail me and we'll get together and ride some of the spots.
