Well, good news on the shoulder, no surgery needed.
Bad news on the foot, badly broken heel bone, surgery needed.
I am hoping to one day ride again, but I don't know. First thing first would be walking again. This sucks.

You goto the USER CP or the Quicklinks and select edit options at the bottom of that page switch to the advanvced interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing and then click save changes

Good to hear about your shoulder. Sucks about the foot! Now you and Larry have something in common.... You might have to get a grizzly

Good news about the shoulder. Bummer about surgery. But you know you don't need to walk to ride...

O Gawd sorry to hear of the heal Rod I can TOTALLY sympathize w/ you, that's what my heel feels like but they say it's just facshiitis You can ride again heck you don't need your heel just get a comfy UTE
