now contain language that will steal 100% of your ORV Gas Tax AND YOUR ORV

We are reissuing the House Alert to all of their OHV Positive constituents
again today. Please email BOTH of your House legislators a second time

This Bill will STEAL almost $10 million dollars of YOUR GAS TAX REFUND and
ORV TAG money that you were promised would be spent to provide and promote
ORV opportunities in WA State when the ORV users VOLUNTARILY worked with the
Legislature in the early 1970's to DONATE their personal gas off road fuel
gas tax refund (owed to you by the WA State Constitution) and gave up YOUR
RIGHT to a refund in exchange for having the State promise to manage that
money FOR ORV purposes. Let's get them to change this one line before it
goest to the House Floor for a vote!
YOUR PERSONAL LEGISLATOR who will be voting on this very soon, may not even
know the history of your VOLUNTARILY DONATED NOVA funds.
In fact, they may not even know this language is buried in this almost 500
page Bill.
YOU need to inform them about this proposed theft of YOUR MONEY RIGHT NOW!
Your personal legistlator will not even read email from someone who is not
able to vote for or against them. However, they WILL get YOUR email within

never agreed to and cannot be tolerated by the over 250,000 ORV users in
this State of which I am one!. For far too long various groups have
redirected ORV funds for non-ORV programs, thereby reducing available
financing for ORV parks and maintenance that support this great family
recreational opportunity.
Please PREVENTthis taking of funds to balance the state’s budget which will
result in the THEFT of funds voluntarily donated and ENTRUSTED to YOU so
they will be managed specifically to SUPPORT ORV opportunites.
These funds are protected by the Washington State Constitution. Pursuant to
Article II, Section 40 these monies must be used for their intended purpose
or refunded. The State Supreme court has repeatedly reaffirmed this
requirement.
