Good Morning PSAR!
It was 57 at 5:15 AM and boy did it feel good. Went out, hooked up the big mower and have the mowing done for another week or two. It's up to 72 now and climbing fast.
Sometime back I ask if anyone had taken an electric cooling fan from a small car and added it to their quad for extra cooling capacity during really hot weather and slow speeds. Well, it works great to keep the engine cool but tends to warm your legs up a bit. Not that bad but noticeable. At least the engine is not trying to burn up. I haven't put a thermostat on the fan to control it yet, may not as the manual switch seems to work fine. Just pay a little attention and let it run a lot. Charging system seems to keep up with it just fine.
Hondablue makes a very generous offer, wonder who's going to jump on that one.
Anyone have a real low ratio 2 ton or bigger truck rearend, 2 speed manual or vacuum shift they want to get rid of? Prefer the old 7 hole Bud wheels but would take most anything.
Have an out of the sun kind of day.
Mike
