Good morning!
We did our walk through yesterday (new construction pick-ups), we sign on Tuesday, possibly have keys on Thursday... I'm going to ask for a bow to be put on the house. I think this is better than flowers for Valentines Day... Mrs. Toyz is pretty excited about moving in.

Well Ron got the tarp back on the bus yesterday much better haha we REALLY need to coat the roof, got a 5gl. bucket of it just waiting for the weather to dry up SOMEDAY LOL
