Usually when I park at Burma someone comes in a white truck from accross the street and checks for passes and the dashboard parking slip. My worry is someone is going to %$#@ it up for everybody up there by doing something stupid like that. Another reason I'm leasing the property around the corner. Which side of the street did you ride on?

Both sides, but the other side has much more trails. We went really far yesterday, i can't even find it on the bing maps. I estimate we were 5-8 miles away from where I was parked. I like to check back on my truck every so often, yesterday there was alot of people there riding. That guy who works for RAC said that RAC owns 190,000 acres not just 22,000 acres. I want to check out the other side of 61, heard it is huge over there!

Went up this weekend again for another great trip to St. Clair PA. We have only been up there a few times now and still trying to learn all the area reading anthracite has to ride on, the area is Huge!!! I dont think ive had much more fun than i do in the Rhino up there either. Its a blast! Heres a few pics ive just uploaded of the trip, more to come.... My wife and I have the Yellow rhino, and a buddy of mine and his wife were in the green one.

LOL, that was the same water hole we were in. What day did you go this past weekend? What did you go to the water shed property? Not suppose to be riding there, but seeing there is a water fall in that picture, I'd like to know exactly where that was. That has to be the illusive waterfall that I never am able to fine. I've found the huge waterfall that drops 500ft into a resevoir which had blueish water. I look forward to your other pictures of RAC, post some more when you get time. Thanks for sharing.

Anyone know of any other RAC land in the area that would be find for the rhino's? Anyone heading up there this weekend?

The other waterfall you are talking about, that wouldn't be the one that falls like a few hundred feet into a huge resevoir that has a blueish color to the water? I found that one, but we were ont he other side of it about 1 mile away or so. The water fall was in the corner dropping straight down.
yea I'm pretty sure those pics you took of the yellow rhino next to the big body of water is the water shed property. I take it, you went up the trail after going through the same pond I did and made a sahrp turn around some rocks and a fanced in area that had a tower in it? Then from there, you headed north to that water shed area??
BTW, where you able to ride in that water where the yellow rhino is in the pic? Looks rideable from where the yellow rhino is parked on the edge.
Jaybirdy is looking to ride this Sat, not sure if downNdusty and DS2 are able to ride this weekend.

Oh yea, and regarding other trails to ride. I have yet to go there, but on the other side of RT 61 they have even more trails and a good 10 miles if you rode from 61 on west. Also trails go south and north, it seems never ending riding there. Some of the narrow trails in the thick woods would be tricky for your rhino, myself, i've ridden some dirt bike trails and they were tight for an atv.
BTW, what state are you from? I live in north NJ and am about 1 hr and 50 minutes from St Clair. I take 78 west to exit 29b (cabelas, and Rt 61) then take 61 north for about 10 miles to get to St Clair riding area. DownNdusty lives about 30-40 minutes from St Clair and rides a amphibiuos atv, I know he is free for weekend rides most of the time.

That water hole has some nasty bugs that wouldn't leave me alone last Sat when I was up there. I know another huge water hole to ride in, but the water has thick mud under it, unlike that one you went through which is hard pack sand. You might be able to ride through a portion of it as the water is about as deep as that, then eventially gets deeper. DownNdusty took his amphibious atv through it, it goes about 600 ft and is like 75 wide or something. It's in the woods across the powerlines, which is beyond the coal pit on the south side of burma.
