I am planning a trip for 8 wheelin buddies and they put me in charge of planning the trip... So I NEED HELP!!!! I don't know were to ride and were to stay!!! I am looking for campgrounds were a guy can hit the trails from. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys

 

can stay and ride out of RECREATIONAL SPRINGS RESORT outside of LEAD SD there are numerous trails in the northern B-HILLS to ride if you come out.

1 suggestion would be to goto the forrest service office in Spearfish SD and pick up some of the maps they have a free map and a more detailed map for a small charge i think it $7.99 or so.

also havnt ridden much in bighorns but if you go there you need a $15 use sticker that can be found at almost any ATV or Snowmobile dealer they also have a number of maps

check out the buffalo or sherdian Wy chamber of commerce for lodging info i think they can set you up with good info

If you head toward the Bighorns, avoid the Passage Resort. Unless you have deep pockets of course. Great riding up that way though.
