I had wanted to plan a camp/atv weekend. Maybe next year. Somewhere up north...

20 acres... I would be bored after 1/2 hr. When you charge $$ to ride its a different ball game. Then you need insurance. Most waivers are only as good a promise.
I wonder how his land is zoned.
Dont get me wrong. Cool idea and it would be nice to see more people open land like this to us.
