Everyone had a good time. It was a nice change of pace but I kinda felt like a fish out of water. You should of seen the looks we were getting going down the powerlines on the sportys.

well- if I wanted to wedge my premium aluminum rims into the rock crevice on the right side going up- I would've been alright- so, to avoid damaging my rims I tried going straight up in low gear- the high rpm stall on the xp's clutch (2200 rpm) kicked in and I ended up wheeling right over (I was leaning over the bars)

I probably also would've been fine if I just hammered down and hit the incline with some speed and let the momentum carry me up. matt (cnc) used the crevice to his favor and shot right up.

it's steeper than it looks in the pics.

I basically just wasn't familiar enough taking the big xp up steep inclines- so instead of scratching up my rims- I messed up my plastic, bent my bars, broke my rack extender and still.... scratched up my rims. there's pics floating around this thread...

That looks like it was a nasty flip. Thats how I broke my leg, and now why I ride sport quads. I would like to get a 4x4 but the size and weight makes me too nervous.

Just registered my quads for next season. $148 for two. Ouch. Will ride LMFT this weekend with sotto Jr. Sat. or Sun. Have to change oil, first.
