Well, i live in Illinois too. I am unaware of the ottawa region i will check though after i write this. I live in clark county. There is a place called mill creek and they have a good amount of trails. the only downside is they havn't been kept up. some of the ruts are about a fooot deep. on my quad that sucks, but after awile i learned where they were at and i stratled them. my grandfather has some land that i usually ride. i am considering a membership at the local mx track. it is 50 bucks a year. i have only had my quad for a little over a month and the weather is getting colder. my personal opinion is that we should not have to change our clocks back i hate loosing daylight.
PS what kind of quad do you own and what mods?

I use to live in Ottawa and there is alot of cool old sand pits there. Most of them are out by Buffalo Rock. If you give Leipolds motorcycles a call they might be able to give you better directions. I now live in s.w. Fl.I do know that they have a camp ground up on a hill towards Buffalo Rock that you can pay to ride at and stay all night.
