Default do state trails enforce their rules?

Hey everyone, do the State parks actually enforce the DB levels of your quad, if its insured, spark arrestors etc.. The easy answer is yes, they all make sure everythings in good order but I would think they'de just let you pay and ride and not worry about the extra crap. Anyone have any idea if they actually DO enforce the " rules "? I'm in south eastern PA if that helps at all, thanks

The state ran areas I've ridden in down here, they've never checked the sound level. Could be that ours were well within the limits. Insurance wasn't required. The spark arrestor? Most of the state here is experiencing a severe drought. Pretty sure if you rode without one on private land you'd be in some pretty serious trouble.

I used to have mine insured. But they aren't new anymore and cost wasn't worth it. That being said, the insurance I did have on it was more for theft than damage. One of them I sold to a nephew and I think it's been rolled by everyone in the family. Always cheaper to fix it myself getting used parts than going through the insurance company.

Liabilityinsurance is REQUIRED in PA, when I bought my ranger about 4 months ago the shop I bought it from told me it's only needed if your financing. Lo and behold when I got my title with all the atv pamphlets it tells you under any and all circumstances at minimum you are required to have liability insurance carry your little blue registration form and have your plate viewable, prior to that I never carried anything with me. But I do now, my local area is getting stricter due to some punk kids being disrespectful.
