Delaware/Delmarva Area Anyone?

Mostly go up to st clair. it's owned by the reading anthracite company so an annual permit is required to legally ride. there are also other areas that the RAC owns so it never gets boring. There is so much area to ride it's worth the cost. I have been to the lost trails years ago. I believe they have moved their locations since the last time I was there though.

Old thread, but I thought I'd give it a bump to see if any new guys are around local to me.
I've moved to a new house since the last time I posted here, and had a really nice open field and woods to ride in right next to the house.
But a developer has bought that land and is now building $400k houses on lots that are barely bigger then the foundation footprint.
