Have you ever been to Bruceton, TN.? It is NE of Jackson along Hwy 70. There is lots of sand, a few nice pits, a sand drag(little bumpy), and several trails through the woods. The place is not advertised, but I can give you directions. There are no rules there. You can drink, camp, party,etc..., any day of the week. We ride there mostly, but go to LBL every few weeks. You can also ride in Hickman, KY, along the river. When the river is low, you can ride for miles. Hell, you can ride to New Orleans if you want. Hope this helps.
What do you ride? Where do you usually ride??

Thanks for the info, there is a group of us that ride dirtbikes (CR's)we'll be in tenn at the end of march, were really looking for mountians and creeks. The harder the better is what were looking for. So far London KY has been the hardest. Hickman, is that very big and what type riding is it? thanks Tom... p.s were from northwest Indiana right on the tip of Lake
michigan.

Hickman is several hundred acres, but is mostly long stretches of bumpy sand. The levy is about a 60' climb(45 degree). A few long, winding trails through the woods. It is probably not woth a trip, unless you are going somewhere else too. Bruceton has a section of near vertical sand cliffs. About 45 degree climb for 35-40 feet, then vertical for about 10-20 feet. I see a few dirtbikes climb them, but it is rare. I saw a 400ex climb it once, and it was pretty amazing. There are a few jumps that were made by a logging company. They liked to watch us ride when they were logging there. A friend of mine makes awesome jumps over a double. He soars about 65-75 feet on his CR. Drop me a line if you guys plan on going to Bruceton or LBL.

CR250,
If you've been to London, KY you should come on down to Coal Creek. It is right outside of Oliver Springs, TN about 20 miles west of Knoxville. I know this isn't close to Jackson, but neither is London.
We've got 72,000 acres, a 2,600 ft vertical rise and over 150 miles of trails. For more information, check out Coal Creek's Website.
