What's wrong with Gorman? I love Backbone, Vic's Cat, Badlands, and the other Freeman canyon trails. Soggy dry lake out in Johnson Valley is a cool place. It's just outside of Apple Valley and has a tiny set of dunes about three miles away.

I have never ridden in Gorman but have heard good things. Johnson or Lucerne valley is always fun, how many days do we want it to be?

Gorman seems small to me now after going so many times. Also, my favorite trails were closed last time I went there [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

where y'all headed for the big Memorial day weekend? it's getting awfully hot theses days. im either going to do some trail riding in Tecate, MX. or San Felipe. and be sure to post some pics from the trips when ya get back. here's a link from the last time i visited Tecate....Click!

My wife and I are going to Mammoth Mountain this Wednesday for 5 Days,anyone interested in a ride? We have never ridden there but everyone says it is a great time.

If everyone wants to meet for a So. Cal. ride, how about the trails behind Arrowhead?? I was up there yesterday, and it was beautiful!! This place is great, because we have so few single track trails available in So. Cal. Anybody interested?? Suggest some dates....

Bearman-Did you get the Mammoth map we mentioned earlier?? It has the basic rides in the area. Be sure to do the Laurel Lakes ride. Have fun!!

I expect there to be alot of snow left around this mammoth area this time of year. Especially above 9000ft. Have fun. Sean
