Not sure how many miles of trails there are but they are well maintained. You are required to get a permit from the park rangers. (permits are free of charge) You can pretty much unload and ride and if you see a ranger while you are riding they will issue you one at that time. Myself and a group have went there for the past 2 years all the way from Florida to ride and we have enjoyed it. If you are in need of a place to stay while there check out Adams Outdoors. (Adamsoutdoors.com) We rent a cabin from him every time we go. You can unload and ride to the trail head from the cabin. You can find information on Little River Canyon on the web. Go under a search engine such as Google and type in Little River Canyon. Hope this helps.

i live in birmingham al and i have 2 good places to ride one is in graysville and one in hueytown the one here is mostly slate hills fun to play on the one in graysville has a few little hills lots of little creek crossings and so forth if anyone would ever want to get up for a ride let me know if you want you can email me at xtaceice@aol.com
