We are going that weekend, too, but don't have any idea where we are staying. I haven't been there for MANY years, so we're going with a group that knows their way around pretty well.

When I was little we use to camp at the fire tower, but I don't even know if you can do that anymore. The bottom two flights of stairs were taken off to keep people from getting up on it, so we scaled the outside if we wanted to go up to look around.

If I find out where we are staying, then I will probably post back.

Where can we get passes? I understand ASK has them, but they're an hour drive or more for me to get there.

SnoDrift--- Where do you live? Permits can be purchased MANY places in the area: Nelsonville(the Cross-Roads convenience Mart), Buchtel(Cross-Roads Mart), Williams Campgrounds. There are most likely places in Logan ,too. Don't know where, though. The HQ for Wayne sells them. They are on rt33, 4mi. southeast of Nlsnvll., across from the Moto-X track.

 

It never ceases to amaze me, that not many people here ride WNF! Guess there are not many here that are from Ohio, and or neighboring states. OR is it that no one likes posting??????

We will be making the trip. Will be at Camp Ohio at the entrance on the right side. There will be 3 of us with 2 Raptors and 2 660 Grizzlys. Mine will be getting broken in that weekend [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] . There will be about 10 to 15 others meeting us there. I hear it is suppose to be a wild weekend, were told no kids for that weekend either [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] . Maybe will see you there?
