A group of us that ride this area have had enough and are going to start doing our part in making the public aware of what is happening to our PUBLIC land
Since the ruling shutting down Priest lake they have already gone on to start another possible law suit that will shut down much of the Selkirk Mountains all the way to Montana

HERE IS THE OFFICIAL MEETING PLACE AND MEETING TIME

The rally, get together, meeting, whatever you want to call it will be at FRANKLIN PARK near the "shelter" on Friday the 13th of October at3pm .We will have representatives from the ISSA, WSSA, BRC, and SAWS there as well as at least one attorney fully informed on <I>all</I> of the situations happening in the Inland Northwest that apply to us. Each representative will be able to speak (via a PA system so everyone can hear) to inform you about their organization, their involvement in the fight to keep public land open, and how you can help and how we can stay organized. There will be an informal area for each representative to have a table to allow people to sign up as a member of that organization and how to donate time and/or money to the cause. They will answer any intelligent questions regarding land closures, forest service proxy, meeting attendance, legal rights etc.
Vance Emerson has graciously donated his time and hamburgers/buns etc. and a commercial barbecue to feed us. Eric Weatherman's donation has resulted in the rental of the Shelter area in Franklin Park and the purchase of water, ice and soft drinks which will be provided on site. This will be a "pack it in, pack it out" scenario and garbage bags will be provided by me. We are still in need of some chairs due to the limit of benches available in the park, if you have some portable chairs, please bring them if you wish. We have seating for about 100 on site and some picnic tables.
Big Bull Motorsports, Camp Motorsports, Westside Motorsports are all bringing "ezup tents" as well as us having use of the shelter. So it does not matter what the weather conditions are, please attend regardless. We are in need of a portable podium or similar so that the speakers can have a place to set their paperwork etc. while speaking. Any ideas or help on that will be appreciated.
03RMking will have some of the new Tshirts available there at the function for purchase if all goes well. Proceeds will go to the cause. I appreciate all the donations of time, money and items we have been given to have this function. Let's make this a well attended, positive meeting representing all the inland Northwest sledders in the best light possible. Thank you all, look forward to seeing you there

PLEASE we need to have every avalable body there to show these guys were not gonna roll over again!

Just noticing the changes with the local dealers around here.

Allsport, the Honda/Polaris dealer is about to open a huge new building off the Barker exit off I-90. Hopefully they will keep the test track!

And Motorsports Unlimited, the Arctic Cat dealer in the Valley, has closed. They sucked anyway. The parts guy gave me the wrong oil filter once..... how tough could it be? Anyway, anyone know where the next AC dealer will be?

I was talking to Travis Camp and I think Camp Motor Sports is going to move into the Motorsports unlimited building...those guys were some over priced clowns...Camps is a class operation from what little Ive delt with them...

I was over at Pinehurst performance last week and noted that he is now a Suzuki dealer as well as selling Bombers. Dean Swann is a heck of a nice guy to deal with if any of you guys want to buy either a Suzuki or a Can-Am.

I'm off to go riding with some guys this morning. We will be over near kellogg somewhere. Leaving Spokane around 0800. My cell is 220-0993 if any of you get up and want to go riding. I have room on my trailer.

 

Camp Motorsports is the Suzuki dealer on Sprague, right? I went out there looking at King Quads & for whatever reason they didn't give me the time of day. Seems like the space Motorsports Unlimited had would be great for any kind of dealer. Your right though Ragged.... real clowns. I think the guy's name is Adam at Motorsports Unlimited. I asked him for a Speedrack quick release kit for my '05 V2. He said there was no such thing. I had to go home, get the part number off the website & call them back. Then the price they gave me was literally double the price of any dealer listing on the net.

The AC website shows 3 dealers in the area. Anyone have any experience with any of them? Looks like Beaudry is the closest to me.
