That is a multi-mount. The only way to go. It allows the winch both in the front and back. But also allows you to put a insert in the receiver in the front and back, which works awsome for towing and or pulling others out. Plus you can take the winch off whenever you want. I usually leave it on the back when I'm riding, that way if I bury the front end and bang it, the winch doesn't take the brunt of it.

Q4F ~ No you don't sound like a know it all, just a guy who has been there and back and is speaking from the wisdom of experience. It is amazing what God can do in a marriage!
I will get back with you later today with a good time tomorrow. We (wifey too) have to be back at the house between 4:30 and 5:00 to get ready for church. I am thinking nice early start after breakfast somewhere. Some where around 0800ish on the trail by 0900ish. Would give me a good six hours of slinging mud. My wife would like to come along for the ride. I told her that she could as long as she doesn't mind getting off once in awhile and walking. She wanted to ride a quad by herself but, I kindly asked her to wait as I didn't want her to hurt her self on some of these highly technical trails.

I think I'm gonna get me a multimount. Looks good. BTW, my Dad is a retired FF over here. You really should come on over here and do some riding. I would sure be willing to meet somewhere over there for a couple of days of riding.

Multi mount works great.
If you already have the winch, you just need to get the mount and the wiring kit.

Your dad's a retired FF huh!! Cool. It is the best job in the world. Proud to do what I do, but also feel very fortunate to have such a great job. I would never want to go back the the normal working folks schedule, I truly respect those that go to work everyday. 40 hr work weeks seem like they are getting longer and longer.
Get up early, eat, get kids ready and feed 'em and ship 'em off th school, go to work, come home, help kids with homework, dinner, sports games or whatever, home to bed, get up the next morning and do it all over again. Then only get two days to rest and do what you didn't get done during the week. Way to go folks.

Your "preaching" is no problem here. Helped me to realize where I'm (we) at. With as busy as we are, my wife and I don't really think or worry about "us". We have struggled. We need to take more time for us, or we'll end up in a not so fun situation also. We are continuing to get better, which is good thing. So thanks.

If you PM NWQUADFREAK , he can give you lots of info. He has kinda headed up the group that goes over there. He goes there often and knows the in and outs of the area, and know the Ranch and how it works.
