Where to Ride Share info on your favorite riding spot or ask others where to ride.

We need to keep hillsville open. Any suggestions?

What do you guys think about this. We should contact some how him and get him to have some papers to sign with are names addresses phone numbers. It will be a contract that says no matter what you cant sue him.

Also Why dont he puts sign out saying "ride at your own risk"

Im proubally going out this sunday. Im going to see what all happens. Thats the only place where i can teach my sis. We need to stick to gether and think of something.

Go to the county courthouse, to the deed recorder and find out who acually owns the property. Go talk to/send letter asking permission to ride there. Offer to clean up garbage and do trail maintaince and adopt a policy of "ride at your own risk". You never know,the owner might agree.

Thats a good idea. Only problem i dont have a lisness so ill have to find a ride to get there.

That's a start. I'd try a more personalized letter to the land owner to begin with. That document would be a good one to keep on you as you ride to show proof of permission(usually written permission is needed by law).
