Got one for you guys..After a pretty hard roll in my Rhino one time it now keeps crapping out at about 15 mph. Almost like the gas line gets pinched some how and it just kinda sputters. But only after I get up to about 15 MPH?! I've changed the carb, the fuel pump, the fuel filter, all the gas lines, checked the CDI box, changed the spark plug, oil & oil filter for the hell of it and it still does it! Last night I tore the clutch apart ready to replace the clutch kit but it looks fine?? Can looks be deceving?? Smaller springs look good, my weights in the sheave look okay, By the way the oil doesn't smell burnt either. I was planning on replacing the main spring on the secondary and the small springs on the primary but I was wondering if anyone else has any suggestions since I don't see anything wrong with the clutch after I took it apart?? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks -Josh (its an 07' 660, FMF Dual exhaust)

 

Try removing the cores from your exhaust system. The roll may have crushed or broken them, causing them to plug up the spark arrestor. You say you changed the gas lines, what about your carb vent tubes?. Make sure they aren't pinched or blocked.

 

If the wire came off the reverse switch under the airbox that will happen.
