Default 'Shee break in???

My engine ice and new O-ring gaskets are coming in monday so I'm almost ready to break her in. How should i do it?? A few heat cycles or just slow riding, or both?? I bought some yamalube to break her in then i'm gonna go back to the castor927. Should i mix it a little rich for break in??

Thanks Mike

Oh ya me and a few buddys will prolly be at little sahara the weekend AFTER memorial day.

Well don't know what help I am but I did both couple heat ups then letting it just idle run for ten to fifteen minutes. Runs like a champ now so there is my 2 cents if it helps any..

You should let it warm up to operating temp, and then ride it through the rpm range. never keeping it at a steady rpm for to long a time and don't hold it wide open. this should help seat the rings.

Go to Duncanracing.com and then to the tech center, there you will find 2-stroke engine break in under "tech documents".

That is pretty much exactly what I follow and it seems to work well.
