And they don't serve sweet ice tea in the restraunts. That pisses me off. And grits, I ask for grits and they look at me like I'm from another world.

I just love the resturants in California that claim "Authentic Cajun Cooking" I ate at one and guess what. Gumbo tasted like tap water, no flavor. Dont ever eat cajun food north of I-10 outside Louisiana.
