Should I get a shee?? or not.
Come on shee owners I need some replies. How does it jump, wheely, and whats the basic maintenance going to be like, and whats the power range like ( strong bottom, mid or top? ) Ill be riding with two blasters, and maybe a Predator in a gravel pit, but I wont want any mods right away, maybe some shiny stuff like chrome or something Do you guys think I should buy one, if I find it under 2200 (all I have now)
and is ther anything I should look out for on it.?.?.?

whellies are not as easy as a four stroke, because of the lack of bottom end torque. But I have fun pulling wheelies, just have to be in the right part of the powerband.
The banshee is a top end screamer, it loves to be revved.
I would try to find one that has pipes on it already, as they are the biggest bang for the buck mod.
As for maintenance, it is not any more then any other machine. You premix the fuel and oil, so no injector to worry about like the blaster. Change the tranny fluid periodically, lube the chain every ride, and let her rip.
If a banshee is jetted correctly, you should not foul plugs. My banshee is about 9 months old and has never fouled a plug.
I would look over a used one really carefully, check all over the frame for cracks or any signs of abuse. Of course you want to ride it and see how it shifts, and how the engine sounds and feels. I would probably take a compression tester and check the compression, it will give you an idea of how the top end is.
Hope that helps

Should I get a shee?? or not.
Well I just bought a 2000 with T5's and it was in really good shape. I think that if you find the right person that owned it that there is no problem with buying a used one. Some people take care of things and some do not. As for jumping they are light and handle nice in the air but could use some better shocks and a arms if you plan on doing any really big jumping. The power band is way strong when it hits but with the T5's the bottom end is kinda week but the mid and top end screems, and it is easy to wheelie when you get used to how the power comes on. Good luck....
