Default Preload

What is preload and how do you do it before a jump? How does it help, are their any disadvantages?

preloading is before u approach the top of the jump push down to compress the shocks and then hit the jump and it will make u jump higher and farther. It does help and there is a disadvantage that if u preload u could overshoot the landing and land very hard. And the adavantage is that if its really far u will go farther and higher so u can jump over ur gap!!

pre loading is best used for freestyle, when you squat your quad at the bottom of the jump by the time you lift off you should feel weight less almost like you would drift away if you let go. that why when bikes and quads do free style the bike some times gets away.
