another motor gone......
Got my motor back together and finally running for about an hour and just killed. Went home and pulled head off and broke 3 valves and destroyed head and piston. Found out my "mechanic" put the piston in backwards. Sucks really bad, but he says hes going to take care of it.

says he will take care of it but he wants to port it his self using the craycraft head to go by but that is not what i paid for the first time. I am still waiting to talk to him again cause i want to send it back to craycraft and get the same thing i had. Just curious about the rod now. Hopefully weeks i guess. Not really sure he was supposed to come pick it up today but not here yet.

I'm confused. He wants to re port your craycraft ported head? I'd send it to craycraft to have them do the valve job needed and charge your mechanic for the work plus the other parts you need now, Piston etc. Also, the impact the piston and subsequently the rod took when this happened. I'd consider a new rod, may be bent anyway. jmo Oh, charge him for that to.
