WCC meant West coast Choppers, they have that picture on their site too. It's under the gallery and ciscos homies.
Well I was just teasing about the Jap thing. But it is seen as a slur, it goes back to WWII and the internment camps, it was definetly a slur then and we still see it as a slur now.
